I would recommend, that you switch to something more people use. V 5.5 came with a Canon scanner, but I had to pay to upgrade to V 6 for Win 7. Looking back, it wasn't a bad product, but it never got much respect from the photo community, I think in part, because in the early days of personal computing, it was given away with just about every computer sold, and most of that early 'give away' software was pretty lame, and it was never able to fight its way out of that ghetto. Yes, I knew that it is no longer supported - not really a problem for me.
